Does 12 hours of surgery seem excessive for a mommy makeover?

I have chosen a surgeon. She seem meticulous. Her specialties include vascular hand surgery and plastic surgery. Her reputation and before/after photos are great. I need a reduction, tummy tuck (twin repair) and lipo. Does 12 hours of surgery seem excessive? Is that normal?
