I had fraxel laser almost a month ago for little acne scars, all the stages I took good care of my skin then it turned red normally from the procedure but it seems that something is going wrong since the redness doesn't go away instead the red colour is turning into brown. I followed the steps exactly as my doctor told me. Should this worry me , could it be something serious?
