My surgeon says my chest is too narrow to go larger than a 300cc if we do a mod+ implant (he uses Natrelle silicone implants and we're doing under the muscle). I could go larger if I'm willing to use a HP implant but I'm afraid of it looking too fake - I don't like the look of too much roundness at the top, I'd like a natural slope. Has anyone else had this issue? What did you decide? Ideally I'd do the 339cc mod+ but that's not an option :(
