I had a consultation with a cosmetic surgeon today. I made it very clear I wanted to go down to a c cup. She said the most she would take off each side would be 300 grams per side. What cup would I be roughly after she takes that much off? After reading a lot of posts on here - I do not think taking only 300 grams from each side will make me a c cup or below. Can someone provide me with their opinion from someone who has very large E breasts wanting to go down to significantly smaller boobs.
