I've given a deposit and I'm less than a month post op and I've been having the worst experience. From bad coordination, i unanswered questions or calls, to rude and disrespectful coordinators. I asked for a refund of deposit because m not happy. They claim cannot get a refund because of a contract. I didn't enter into a contract. I'm not able to resolve my grievances. What should I do before disputing it with my bank?
