I've finally gotten the date of my first consultation with my surgeon. It's only a couple weeks away which is beyond exciting.I'm 5'4", 118 lbs, and a 30G. They aren't super saggy and they aren't pendulous. I'm wondering what the chances are that my surgeon will be able to take me down to an A cup or a small B cup...I've been suffering with chronic back and neck pain for years, and as someone who used to be quite athletic, my fitness level has gone down due to the cumbersomeness of my chest. Any advice is appreciated!!!
