32A to 32C? Help me with size

Hello everyone, I'm 34, 5'6", 107 lbs, asian, small frame, mom of a 3 year old.  I need help on what size to get to achieve a natural looking C-cup.    My preferred implant type is cohesive gels and thinking of getting them under my muscle.  Lifestyle -- work full-time (not physically challenging), exercise at the gym 3 times a week and occassionally play golf.  Please suggest what size for me to achieve the look I am going for.   I have yet to have a full-consultation with my PS but have an appointment coming up.
