400cc Silicone unders. 5'5, 135lbs

I am 5'5 135, age 26 and no kids my surgery date is May 21 and I tried on 400cc's and am scared they may be to small. I'm currently a 36b but it looks like I have nothing.  Any advise or anyone with my same build?
