Hi everyone,
I’m getting a breast augmentation on August 12 and would love some honest input.
I’m 164 cm (5’4.5”) tall, weigh 50 kg (110 lbs), and currently a B cup. My surgeon and I agreed on Mentor Siltex 400cc Moderate Profile, but after seeing more real results online, I’m worried they’ll look too small and flat — especially in terms of upper pole fullness. My main goals are:
• Between natural and fake but a noticeably full look and a big difference from what i have now
• Sideboob, cleavage, and a round shape with upper pole fullness
• To land around a full D cup, maybe a small DD — but not bigger than that
• To balance my inverted triangle frame and create more of an hourglass shape
Here are my measurements:
• Underbust: 70 cm
• Bust: 82 cm
• Waist: 64 cm
• Hips: ~83 cm
• Shoulder width (front): 40cm
• Breast base width: ~13 cm
• Sternum gap: ~3 cm
• Natural projection: ~4 cm
+ Nipple to Inframammary Fold: ~6cm
I like Moderate Profile because it gives me a width of 13.2 cm, which perfectly matches my base width, I want wide breasts, not narrow implants that leave gaps on the sides. But the projection is only 4.0 cm, which I’m worried will be too flat.
My surgeon said I can’t go above 400cc in Moderate due to width sizing limits, so I’d need to go with a High Profile implant if I want more volume. He suggested 425cc HP (12.5 cm width), but I feel it’s too narrow for my chest and won’t give the look I want.
Now I’m considering 450cc HP (12.7 cm width, 5.2 cm projection) — or even 500cc HP (13.2 cm width, 5.4 cm projection), which matches the width of the 400cc Moderate we originally chose, but with more fullness. But I’m scared 500cc might look too big or fake on my small frame.
Would I regret going bigger?
Any advice would be really appreciated!
