I am planning on a tummy tuck and breast reduction and lift. I don't exercise except the occasional bike ride or treadmill. I watch my food intake as well but I am who I am. Opinions on having this surgery as I am? I do NOT plan on gaining. Losing some but not significant weight loss in my future. I just don't have what it takes. Anyone here about my same stats? Can't wait to not have this thing overlapping my undies or the pendulous boobs. Thanks for your responses. Ps recommendations in the Queens/Long Island area?
