I have always been insecure about my breasts. I could never even fill out an A Cup. You can see I only have one before picture with markings on me because I hated my breasts.
After thinking about a BA for years I finally went in for a consultation. I learned I actually had tuberous breasts with a very shallow space from my nipple to the inframamary fold. My inspiration pics were natural looking but large breasts. My surgeon told me it would be difficult to fit a very large implant due to my anatomy but she would go as large as she could (our target was 350 cc’s). She told me the surgery would be almost like reconstruction with lowering the fold and she recommended an internal mesh bra.
During surgery my doctor discovered that I was more asymmetrical than we thought because my rib was sticking out and pushing one breast out far so she ended up doing two different sized implants. I ended up with 305 cc’s on one side and 345 cc’s on the other side. Under the muscle. I think they look incredibly symmetrical.
I am currently 5 weeks post op. I think they look amazing and so so natural! I am so happy and feel that I finally hit puberty in my mid 30’s! I truly felt deformed for decades before this surgery and was always so shy to take off my top even with my partner.
I hated wearing a swimsuit because I looked prepubescent. Now, I am excited for summer!
