I'm 39 and I'm considering have a skin tightening treatment and wondered if anyone has done any research into which treatment is the most effective. I have had a consultation for the Accent laser treatment but i can't say i was too convinced that the results will be particularly good. I've read some information on Titan and feel unsure if this would be a better option.
