Active lifestyle and breast implants

Hi BI community! I've been looking at finally biting the bullet and getting breast implants. I'm 35, no kids, but have always had a flat chest, A cup range. I'm very active and enjoy CrossFit type workouts, running, and mountain biking.

I recently saw a surgeon who recommended I get below the muscle implants (Natrelles specifically). Because they're below the muscle I know the surgery will take longer to recover from and I'm a bit nervous about the effect on the pectoral muscle down the road. Have any of you had issues and if so, what issues have you had?

Those of you that are active and have had surgery what did you do during your post op to not lose your mind? When were you able to get back to your active lifestyle? Thanks in advance!!
