I am 6 months out from my breast augmentation surgery (275cc - I'm 5'9" and 125lbs). I had a seroma from an infection develop in one breast about 4 weeks post-op, the surgeon cleaned it out and it has fully healed. However, that breast developed slight capsular contraction and sits higher and tighter. The irony is I like how that breast looks more. The other breast feels more "loose" in its pocket. I am going in for a revision in a few weeks. I'm hoping my surgeon can "tighten" up the looser breast. What do you all honestly think? I feel like they are very uneven as it is. Anyone do something similar - "tighten" up one breast pocket? Eager to hear your advice and experience!
