So after your BBL, how do you face the world with your new self?

Now that you've had your BBL and you're ready to present your new body to the world, how do deal with those who knew how your body was before? Of course, you'll shock many. Do you acknowledge their ohs and ahs by saying "yeah, i got it done" or say nothing and act as if you worked out all winter? Just curious
