I just had an Air Sculpt consultation. however for me it would be removing fat and having to remove skin after. Is it worth it?

I had the sleeve done a year ago and am no longer losing weight. I’ve lost 100 lbs but nothing is moving anymore. Most surgeons do all in one but this does seem safer. Anyone have any experience or research?
