Anxiety of Going Out of The Country?! (Duran Dolls Please Help!)

I am really leaning to having my surgery with Dr. Duran, but I have plane anxiety and also am fearful of something happening during my surgery. I know all types of surgery is a risk, but I heard that if you go out the country and get messed up that no one in the U.S. would want to work on you. In addition to that I have no support as far as someone going with me. I am only 18 and would really like to get this bbl and ba done. What can I do. How are some of you current/ex-DURAN doing/did to help with what I am concerned with.
