Are there surgeons who specialize in arm lift procedures? What type of specialty should I look for? I'm ready but a majority of the galleries have limited pictures. Also, "after" pictures don't show the scar which is my biggest concern. Offices say they don't get a lot of authorization to share pictures & don't give the number that the perform per month &/or year without going in. I'm 5'4" - 145 pounds, back within my acceptable weight range after gaining & loosing 50 pounds over 5 years.
