I had an arm lift on the 06/08/13, the procedure went fine and took two hours. I woke up and couldn't move my right arm (the arm which had the IV in it). The surgeon said feeling would be restored the following morning. The following morning came and no improvement so I went back to my surgeon who said I had a trapped nerve. I understand the numbness can last for months, however the paralysis still remains. I am devastated and emotionally drained. If anybody can give me a guestimate/time-frame of how long I can expect to endure a limp arm (even if inaccurate) I will be eternally grateful!!!
