I had a BBL 6 days ago, and I’m really stressed about the asymmetry I’m noticing. Before the surgery, I had a slight asymmetry, but now one side (my right side) is more hollow, with extra volume above the hollow (in the flanks). I feel like the fat was injected incorrectly on that side, and it’s not filling the desired area, making it look worse. The other side looks better and more balanced. I know it’s still early, but I’m worried the asymmetry might not improve and stay like this. The swollen area feels hard, and the other side seems smoother. I’m not sure if this is swelling or badly placed fat. Has anyone experienced this? Did your asymmetry improve as swelling went down, or did it stay the same?I understand it’s early, but I’m really concerned and would appreciate any advice. If needed, I can send a photo.
