Just like the title I'm a very athletic person. I run everyday and I'm a grip fitness instructor. I'm 30 yo, 5'1, 125lbs, 14% body fat, 34 A/B cup, no kids, very muscular/tight skin, perky but small boobs. I do plan on returning to work and working out (lightly) after 10 days post surgery. Is that too ambitious? I planned on originally getting 360 cc under the muscle after my first consultation. I have another consultation appointment because I think I might want to go a little bit bigger. The visual renderings of what the 360 cc didn't seem to add as much volume as I'd like. Is it reasonable to ask for something a little bit bigger while still keeping my workout schedule once I'm fully recovered? I have 2 friends with 34 DD+ naturally who run everyday and do group fitness. They told me that they would rather get a breast reduction to run and workout better. I'm wanting the bigger, "are those real? They look so good" look, but I understand that might compromise my fitness a little bit. Ladies who workout, how has it been since your BA?
