Hi guys! I got my attachments with my 3rd Invisalign tray yesterday. I was given attachments on almost all my teeth including the front teeth. The bottom tray fit snugly but the upper tray was leaving an air gap between my front teeth and gum leading to bubbles when I speak. Asked the orthodontist to see if we can fit it properly and she took the attachments from the front teeth off altogether which i wasn't happy about. Upon looking up online today I have discovered that my front teeth actually have power ridges (inverted grooves). I have read that attachments shouldn't be put on the same teeth as power ridges, also there is nowhere for the attachments to fit into the trays anyway? Should she have put attachments there in the first place? I am so worried about the unnecessary damage to my enamel, the surface of my front teeth feels super rough. Do any of your have experience with power ridges? How do you deal with the bubbles when speaking??
