back pain after tt

I know we all have back pain being slumped over so much but my hip flexors are killing me too,. I had to crawl to my room this morning cause I just couldnt walk. How long til I should be able to stand up straight? Also, it feels like I have major cramps...is that all part of the swelling/healing?
