Bad Reaction to Botox?

More about Botox

I received Botox for the first time in January 2020. I did a small amount around my eyes first and went back a few weeks later for more in my forehead in between my eyes. About six weeks later I had a dizzy spell that left me feeling lightheaded and off for weeks. I also experienced brain fog, derealization and fullness in my ears during this time as well. This caused extreme anxiety and a panic attack. After about 6 weeks the symptoms faded and I felt 100% again. I went back for more Botox around my eyes and forehead again in August and right when I got home from the appointment I noticed that the lightheaded and foggy feeling had returned. This time it lasted about 4 to 5 weeks before fading away and I was back to 100%. Then about six weeks ago in mid November all of the feelings came back again. Since then I have been lightheaded, felt foggy and out of it along with derealization. This time it feels like there is no end in sight to the symptoms, as usually they get slowly better and fade away. I have seen ENTs, a neurologist and countless other doctors and can’t seem to get a definitive answer. One says it is my ears and another says it is vestibular migraines. So my question is, could these weird dizzy/lightheaded spells be from a bad reaction to Botox? Even though the first time didn’t happen until six weeks after I received the Botox? And this most recent spell occurred out of nowhere 3-4 months after. And is it normal to go back to 100% in between? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated as I’m really struggling trying to figure this out. Thank you!
