I just did a bbl 10 days ago. Won’t the drainage massage affect my bbl if I lay on my stomach while having my tummy massaged?

I had my bbl surgery 10 days ago and I’m about to start on my lymphatic drainage massages...but I’m wondering, won’t the massages affect my butt since I have to sleep on my back while they massage the stomach?
