BBL in early June 2014 or early July w Dr Fisher or Hassan?

I have recently been reading this site and had no idea of how much time in advance you have to book the BBL! I am pretty petite, though I have the tire around the waist, and needed a doc who can give results without burning a patient. So far these doctors' reviews are great. Thoughts on that? Is there anyone willing to trade their date? I'm getting married June 27 and wanted to do it the first week of June--but it's getting close to that time and not looking probable. Maybe even July?
