Looking to go with Dr Keith Berman in Miami, I like his before and after photos and he's affordable but I could afford another surgeon that's not the reason I chose him but can't find too many reviews. Scared of the risks and how many women have died in Miami because this procedure :( any input? Other recommended doctors? How to prevent complications? I'm 5'7 145lbs BMI 22 I'm nervous only 20 years old have a lot of life to live, how risky is it?
