Has anyone got a BBL and tummy tuck done at once?

I am looking into getting a tummy tuck and fat transfer. The surgeon I'm going to stated that he does this procedure often and it requires laying in fetal position. Has anyone done this? If so, what's the recovery like? What are some pointers ?
