Has anybody gotten Bellafill for acne scars and have you seen results or is it a scam?

I am 2 months post-Bellafill injections and if anything my skin has inverted! I used a good portion of my savings ($900) that I cannot get back. And I can’t afford another treatment. When can I expect to see results if any?
