I had a transconjuctival Bleph this January and not have m slightly hollowed look. I had spoke with a fat transfer expert in my area who said that's his only recommendation for filling the hollow. I did seek second opinions and another well respected surgeon mentions Bellafill as an alternative. What stuck me is this doctor does both fat graphing and Bellafill and suggested Bellafill over fat, for predictability and less downtime and also not having to harvest fat, which he said can also leave scarring ect. I noticed up to date posting about Bellafill have outstanding reviews, and older ones everyone claims you get bumps and nodules. However I can't seem to find a single picture of a artefill or Bellafill complication. Dr lam is a fat transfer expert and I recently watched a video were he lectured about actually preferring Bellafill over fat transfer because the results are so exact. I wanted to start a current dialogue about this topic so hear current opinions from Doctors or patients that recently had this procedure . Thanks so much
