I know it's not a look some PS want to but I really want that look for my breast augmentation. I already have 600cc hp saline over the muscle and I do have mild CC. I've been looking for someone who is experienced in doing that "porn star look." I am also thinking about switching over to silicone 800cc XHP. I'm willing to travel as well.
