I'm doing some research on cover up options for a tattoo I have. Has anyone gotten a full black out or blast over cover up? I'm considering white ink over healed black ink. It looks beautiful in Instagram photos... but does anyone have experience with it? Does the white ink stay? What's the process like? Would you recommend it? *This is a photo of someone on Instagram with white on black ink!
