Body hair after LIPO 360

Hi all, I had a liposuction 360 (vaser) + a BBL. I got my procedure done on 7/2/2024. So far I'm content and happy with my results. But I've notice that since I got my procedure done, my body grew hair on my abdomen, back and glutes. Like, the areas that were worked on, grew body hair. Is not thick long hair, is more thin but I can still notice it after a shower or with oils on my body. Has anyone experienced this? Did it went away after some time?
*I am not on birth control or any medications.
