A very Good Day to you all. I am posting on behalf of my girlfriend. She wants to get her boobs enhanced by about 2 cup sizes from her current B cup to DD.She is a curvy 5'4" about 60kg and has great bum, hips etc but would like bigger breasts so that they balance her out and so that she can fill pretty dresses! She is 27 and I'm early thirties. We will hopefully have kids in the next few years.The plan is to get her boobs done before kids. We have looked at mainly Saline and under the muscle implants to retain as natural a look as possible.What are your thoughts from experience of having a boob job and then babies?
