I've been to several events at work where we had nurse injectors offering services (that happens sometimes when you work at RealSelf), but that's not the same as some I've heard about, where people drink champagne while they wait for their turn to get jabbed. This always seemed like a weird mix, given that drinking alcohol can increase chances of bruising, but I suppose it's not too dangerous as long as your injector is sober....
