Going to get a brazilian butt lift by a dr in pa. He is going to do tumescent lipo & smart lipo fat transfer to my buttocks. He will be using selphyl. Im a little nervous as I will be awake during surgery they will use a local anesthetic. Just want to know how painful it was during surgery. Thks!
