Breast Aug/Recovery with Pectus Excavatum

I recently had a breast augmentation surgery. Prior to surgery I had four consults with four different surgeons. Two of the four mentioned pectus excavatum, both however said it was mild and not a huge issue.

Fast forward. I am three weeks post op. The surgeon I went to had me order a specialty bra online. It was supposed to keep my implants seperate but ended up being too tight on my incisions while wearing it with the compression bra causing the start of necrosis.

Now I have been instructed to keep only the specialty bra on (it just goes in between the breast but no other support).

I feel like it is mishaping my breast and hendering my recovery!

My question is, are there special instructions for those with pectus excavatum? I cannot find any research this bra will help or really what to do in order to help them heal properly. I am at a loss!

I will note also, all post op care goes through a nurse, not with the actual surgeon.
