Breast augmentation with one side nipple lift

I have recently seen a surgeon about having a breast augmentation with one side nipple lift (crescent nipple lift on one side) to move my nipple up very slightly so they are both in line. 

I just wondered if anyone else has had this procedure done and if so, can you share what you paid, who your surgeon was and the price you paid for this please?

I just want to compare prices from different surgeons and see different results before I definitely opt for the nipple lift rather than just an augmentatio.
