Hi everyone,
I had a breast implant exchange surgery back in August. I asked my surgeon for a round, full look, like ball-shaped breasts with volume, especially in the upper pole. He assured me that this is exactly what he would deliver.
Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. Instead of full and round, my breasts looked completely flat on top and very asymmetrical. One was larger, the other smaller, and my nipples were at different levels.
A few weeks ago, I had a revision surgery, but only the left breast was corrected, as the surgeon said the asymmetry could be improved that way.
Sadly, the result after the revision is even worse. The asymmetry is more noticeable now — the left breast sits much lower and looks smaller, while the right one is significantly higher. Both breasts overall feel like they’re sitting too low on my chest, and the shape is just not what I asked for. They still have no upper fullness at all.
When I expressed my concern, the surgeon blamed the shape of my chest and even said I had "too much fat" in that area, which he claims affects the outcome. nathing like this was said befor surgery .So I feel like he is not being honest .
I’ve heard people mention that this might be bottoming out, but I’m not sure. Could bottoming out cause this kind of low positioning and uneven result? Or is this just a surgical failure?
What can be done at this point?
Would fat grafting help improve the shape and balance?
Or do I need another full revision?
I’d really appreciate any insight — especially from anyone who’s gone through something similar.
Thank you in advance!
