Help! Had breast lift with implants & now want to remove them & do fat transfer

So I had a full breast lift with 305cc silicone implants placed, but I have been having non stop issues with bottoming out (3 procedures going on 4). I decided I would just like to remove the implants and do fat transfer. Will my boobs look horrible if I remove my implants due to the breast lift scars?? Has anyone done this before? Please help :(
