Breast Reduction & Lift DD

I am hoping too get a breast reduction and lift having too much back pain and neck and shoulder pain . I can't Handel it anymore . If and when I get this done I will feel alot better . I was told I have 42 DD or 44 DD there too big and too much pain . I have a hard time finding the right bra size . I hope and pray my doctor will let me get this done if she don't I will find another doctor . I really need too have this done . Please help . I am scared and afraid .
