Let me provide some context: I was quite a skinny girl, but starting at the age of 12, my breasts began to grow significantly. I must mention that it's something genetic. By the time I was 14, I already had double the breast size of my classmates, and by 17, I filled a size E-F cup (that's when it seems they stopped growing). During those years, I also gained a lot of weight, likely due to hormonal changes, and then lost it, which caused my breasts to sag. As a result, I decided to undergo surgery. My surgeon left me with a small B cup.
I’m not sure if my metabolism changed after the surgery, especially since I started eating less, but I gradually began to lose weight, and my breasts shrank to a size A. Now, at 21, I’ve been trying to gain weight for some time, and although I’ve gained 4 kilos in the past few years, it hasn't made a noticeable difference in my breasts. I’ve been taking hormonal pills for six months, but the changes have been almost imperceptible.
I feel quite frustrated because my breasts seemed small to me right after the surgery, and even more so after losing weight. Given my genetic background and the fact that my breasts were very dense (at least before the surgery), I thought they would respond well to the hormones and grow a bit.
I’m at a loss for what else to do. I take supplements like fenugreek and dong quai and continue trying to gain weight, but nothing seems to work. Is there any hope for my breasts to grow? I’m seriously considering fat injections because it’s becoming a significant complex for me. Additionally, I’ve lost sensation in my nipples, which is the most concerning issue. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless their breasts are sagging to the ground.
