Buccal fat or Off-Brand Kybella for cheek/jowls. Seattle Area Solution?

I am a 30+ female of mixed asian descent. I have had fat cheeks since birth. Even when I wore a size 0 and was super skinny my cheeks kept the lower fat pockets. I am having a hard time finding an expert facial sugeon in my area to perform a buccal fat removal or kybella to my cheeks/jowls. I have had 2 consultations and been offered injections(voluma etc.), botox and ultherapy as solutions. But I want a permanant solution that doesn't involve adding MORE volume to my wide chubby face.
