I was initially interested in chin fillers/ augmentation to counter droopy cheeks but was told higher cheek fillers could help with the nasolabial folds and perhaps even the droopy lower cheeks. I've previously had buccal fat pad removal 10 years ago. Aside from whether its aesthetically best, do dermal fillers spread over time or cause any other negative side effects long-term? eg side effects where more is needed each time. Thanks
