Hi, I had chin filler yesterday at around 3pm, everything was going smoothly but at one point when she injected it, I felt like it was also being injected into my gums. Afterwards I asked her about this and she said its normal to feel it in the gum area etc and assured me she didn't hit a blood vesse. Afterwards around 9pm onwards I started having a lot of pain in that same area and my gums. The other areas of my chin doesn't hurt at all. Only this part and when I open my mouth or speak it hurts. I called them at 12 am and told my concerns etc but she said its normal to feel uncomfortable to speak/open mouth and have pain in gums for now. It's 6pm now and I still have the pains and when I press down on a specific area of my gum I can feel the pain shooting back down to my chin and same as when I press down on my chin. I just want to know if this is normal or did a nerve get hit? and if a nerve was hit, is there a way to fix it at all or do I just have to wait until it heals by itself? I've also attached an image of the area incase that helps.
