My nelsons wasn't too bad but I had an IPL and it made it alot worse now. I'm very bummed about that. I'm actually an esthetican but I'm not familiar with the medical spa procedures. I wasn't aware that IPL was bad for melasma. I feel like an idiot. Anyways, I'm thinking of doing Clear and Brilliant which I did a few years ago. My skin was different then though. I had great results from it but I didn't have the melasma then. Has anyone had any positive results with Clear and Brilliant?
