CO2 Laser in London - any good doctors?

Hi I am 47 and looking for a good Dr to have CO2 laser to both my face and neck. Any god suggestions? There are lots of doctors in London I got quotes that go from £800 to £3000 to do the procedure and I am lost. Can anyone please help me?ThanksJo
