How common is it for micro needling and PRP injected to counteract hollows under the eyes to result in bags or bulges?

I'm scheduled for the micro needling/PRP procedure under my eyes in two days as recommended by a family Naturopath. Now I am reading some accounts of how this procedure has left the patient w/bags under their eyes rather than simply eliminating the hollows. This ALREADY  happened to me several years ago after a treatment of Belotero injected by a board certified plastic surgeon. Horrible results! Baggy eyes for a YEAR. It lasted that long before my eyes were "normal" again. Suddenly I am now nervous about the PRP treatment resulting the same way. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
