18 weeks post op tummy tuck. Upper abdomen pain. Knot in the middle. CT found small amount 2cm x 1.9 cm fluid midline. Dr says no needle aspiration is needed, the fluid will absorb into the body. Should I be compressing the seroma with my faja and foams during this time? Will a heating pad give me some relief?
