I am currently 17 days post op and have switched over to wearing Spanx panty-type. It feels better than the white velcro binder I left the hospital with, but still very tight. So tight that by the nighttime I can't even think about sleeping in this thing and go back to the white binder and wear it loosely. What is everyone wearing for compression garments and do you wear it 24/7?
